Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open Wendure, tap your face in the top corner to open Account, then Delete account and confirm. It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Wendure account”. If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us which, and the email address shown in that sign-in. We may ask you to confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your plans, plan progress, setup answers (including health details such as weight) and saved routes kept with the account
• Your usage analytics, your subscription record at RevenueCat, and the connection to Sign in with Apple and Strava if you used them
• Email tips, if you had them on

What's kept, and for how long

• Encrypted backups of our database roll over and are gone within 30 days.
• Records the law requires us to keep - for example of purchases, which Apple or Google hold - for as long as the law requires. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Data on your phone - run history, notes, and anything in Apple Health or Health Connect - stays on your phone until you delete the app or remove it there. Deleting your account in the app also clears Wendure's copy on that phone. More in the Privacy Policy.
