Running and cycling plans, routes included

Your plan.
Your streets.

More than a tracker. More than a plan.

Trackers record where you went. Plans tell you what to do. Wendure tells you what to do and where to go - a plan built around your life, with a fresh route from your front door for every session. Twelve plans, on foot or on two wheels.

How it works

We do the planning. You just show up.

The what, the when and the where - sorted before you're out of the door. The only decision left is putting your shoes on.

01

Start where you are

A few questions, about two minutes. Never run? Running already? Back after a break? Each question says why it's asked, and you can skip.

02

Get a plan that fits

Pick a plan or build your own. Up to three sessions a week, on the days you choose, with rest days built in. It starts where you are - gentler if your joints need it.

03

Every session comes with a route

One tap: a loop from your door, sized to the session and your pace. Flat unless you ask for hills - and honest when flat can't reach the distance. Drag the line to make it yours, then go.

Find your plan

Which plan is yours?

A few of the app's own questions. The plan you see is the one Wendure would give you - and where in it you'd start.

On the run

Talked through every turn.

Spoken directions, and the plan in your ear: when to jog, when to walk, a climb coming up, halfway, one kilometre to go. Your music dips while it speaks.

“Walk in 3”

A spoken heads-up and a haptic before every switch

“In 200 m, turn left onto the river path”

Spoken turn-by-turn

“Halfway - nice and easy”

Plans that actually listen

After each session: how did that feel? Two tough ones in a row and it offers to repeat the week. Every fourth week is lighter.

Works with Apple Health

Your real workouts set your starting point. Sessions you record elsewhere mark themselves done, and your Wendure sessions are saved back.

Life happens

Ill, sore or just busy? Pause and pick up where you left off - no red marks. Try it:

Zero to 5K

From one minute to thirty.

Week one is eight one-minute jogs with walks in between. Every run is one small step up, until you run 30 minutes without stopping. Two, or one run a week? It simply takes longer - the steps stay the same size.

On the run it tells you when to switch - “Walk in 3”, then “Walk”, with a buzz you can feel.

Week 1 8 × 1 min jog, 1½ min walk

30 min

Week 3 4 × 2½ min jog, 2½ min walk

30 min

Week 5 20 minutes. Unbroken.

Milestones you'll remember.

No badges for opening the app. A milestone when something real happens - and a story card to share it, with the start and end of your route trimmed, so where you live stays yours.

Milestone

10 minutes, nonstop.

What we believe

Built for showing up, not for showing off.

Most fitness apps are built for people who already love it. Wendure is for everyone just past the couch - getting you out of the door, again and again, on a route you'd actually enjoy. Consistency over performance, kindness over pressure. No points to chase - milestones only for the real firsts, like “20 minutes. Unbroken.” or “Back on the road.”

  • Rest days are part of the plan
  • No ads, ever
  • Private by default
  • Plain words: “a 30-minute easy ride”
  • Milestones for real firsts only
  • Leaderboards and comparisons
  • Guilt for a missed day
  • Badges for opening the app
  • Made-up numbers and fake urgency
  • “Beast mode”

Gentle by design: plans grow gently, never three running days in a row, and a gentler start when your joints need it.

Private by default

Delete it all, any time

Delete your account from inside the app, and the data we keep with it goes too.

Health stays home

Almost everything Wendure reads from Apple Health stays on your phone - and none of it is ever used for ads.

Your door stays yours

Shared routes hide where they start and end - on unless you turn it off.

The hardest part is lacing up. Let us handle the rest.

Two minutes of questions. Then your first session, and a route to run or ride it on.
